This FREE all-inclusive Notion template helps you work from idea capture to final draft and is purposely built for today’s online writer.
Greetings readers, writers, nomads and freelancers,
It feels good to be back!
I’ve been chatting with a few of you over the past few days and I see that we all go through our own struggles with coming up with content. This is why relying on a solid process is so darn important.
So what are your options?
Come up with new ideas every single time you sit down to write?
Burn some incense and wait for the Content Gods to bless your page?
Outsource everything to ChatGPT just to sound like everybody else on the internet?
The answer lies somewhere in the middle, and that is where you build a process to suit your needs. It’s actually something I wrote about on my blog recently: How to Build a Trustworthy Writing Process
In fact, I’ve been diving super deep into blogging again. Here are a few other pieces I published since I last bombarded your inbox.
All of this blog content is 100% human written, no AI wordsmithery (it’s a pity we writers feel the need to claim this nowadays).
Processes Over Goals
So many writers fall flat on their content schedules. And I’ll be honest, I’ve fallen at this hurdle many times myself.
That all changed when I switched from tracking goals to following processes.
I’m writing every single morning now. It’s just a thing I do. I don’t have a specific goal in mind. Yes, it would be nice to hit one out the park and go viral, or yes, it would be great it if I reach 100k readers and bring home some serious income, but those goals are beyond my control.
What I can control is my daily behaviour, and that’s why I’ve built this writing routine. My catalogue of articles is growing every week, each post proving my competence and spreading my writing further. Looking back, I can see the progress, but every day I just focus on living in the moment, and enjoying the process.
Freedom comes in many forms; for me that’s peace of mind.
Enter the Writer’s Juice Content HQ
In a world riddled with distractions and shrinking attention spans, being able to grasp our thoughts and execute on them is so important. Having spent years struggling with efficiency and consistency, I found myself scatter-brained and confused when trying to get my content together.
Over time I built an all-in-one intuitive tool that I could count on from idea capture, to content scheduling, drafting and data insight. All in one place, on phone and desktop.
Writer’s Juice Content HQ Home page
The Writer’s Juice Content HQ is an all-in-one Notion tool that enables you to capture your thoughts (on phone or desktop) and feed your personal content database. I use it myself to organise and plan my 𝕏, Medium, and LinkedIn content.
Writer’s Juice Content HQ Views page
The great thing about Notion is that you can create multiple databases for things like Content, Contacts, Publications, and interlink them all seamlessly through filtered views.
Medium Stories filtered by topic
But each individual entry can also be used to its full potential and evolve into full-length articles. This is why I pre-loaded the database with templates to suit Medium stories, 𝕏 threads & Spaces, etc.
Ready made templates
After years of failed productivity traps, I finally feel like I’m I’ve harmonised my input with my output. My blog posts are flying out the door as a result.
It’s been so helpful to me that I want to share it with you guys too. It’s free, all you need is a Notion account and you’re good to go.
In order to download the tool, just click on the link below and press Duplicate. The template will be recreated in your private workspace.
Hope you like it!
